Anti Modern Slavery Statement

Our Commitment

Learndrive is steadfastly committed to conducting its business with the utmost ethical responsibility, ensuring the absolute absence of slavery and human trafficking within our operations and throughout our entire supply chain. This statement articulates the comprehensive measures we have implemented and continue to diligently uphold to eradicate any potential occurrence of modern slavery or human trafficking within our organisation and its connected network.

Modern Slavery Defined

Modern slavery encompasses a nefarious spectrum of exploitative practices, including slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced labor. At Learndrive, we harbor a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of modern slavery. We are unwavering in our commitment to conducting all business dealings with the highest ethical standards and integrity, resolutely safeguarding against any manifestation of modern slavery within our organisation or its associated supply chain.

Our Company

Learndrive caters to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses by providing bespoke training solutions in crucial areas such as Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law, and Personal Development. Our team of highly qualified experts extends its support across diverse industries throughout the United Kingdom.

Internal Policies

We have established a robust framework of internal policies to ensure ethical and responsible business practices. These policies address various aspects, including: a) Anti-Slavery Policy: This comprehensive policy clearly outlines our organisation’s stance on modern slavery and empowers employees to recognize and report any suspected instances, providing them with readily accessible channels for seeking assistance. b) Recruitment & HR: Throughout the recruitment and selection process, we diligently adhere to robust procedures for verifying eligibility to work. Our dedicated team undergoes rigorous training to effectively identify and address potential warning signs or indicators of modern slavery. c) Public Interest Disclosures Policy (Colleague Handbook): We firmly uphold a comprehensive whistleblowing policy, affording all employees the freedom to raise concerns regarding the treatment of colleagues or any questionable practices within the organisation or its supply chain, without fear of reprisal.

Risk Assessment and Management

We conduct regular and thorough assessments of our material suppliers, meticulously evaluating any potential risks associated with slavery or human trafficking. While we acknowledge the minimal inherent risk in our collaborations with professional or business services providers, we recognise the heightened potential risk within other areas such as facilities management, catering, and the supply of office electronic equipment. To mitigate these risks, we collaborate exclusively with reputable suppliers and have actively engaged each of our regular suppliers in these categories, seeking explicit confirmation that their business operations are wholly free from any involvement in slavery or human trafficking.
