Course Overview
Driver Awareness Training is an essential course designed to equip drivers with the knowledge, mindset, and techniques needed to enhance safety, professionalism, and awareness on the road. The course delivers a comprehensive understanding of professional driving behaviour, helping learners recognise potential hazards, reduce risks, and adopt a proactive approach to driving. Through structured, scenario-based lessons, participants learn to identify unsafe driving habits, understand the psychology behind driving behaviour, and apply practical strategies to prevent accidents and promote road safety.
The training delves into defensive driving principles—teaching drivers how to anticipate the actions of others, maintain control under pressure, and respond effectively to changing road conditions. Participants will also gain insights into how weather, fatigue, distractions, and vehicle maintenance affect driving performance. The course stresses the importance of responsible decision-making, speed control, and situational awareness in both urban and highway environments.
