Baking had been pursued as a hobby by Marceau since adolescence and continued until 2019. Three Cookbooks have been authored by Marceau, covering a range of favorite Breads, Meals, and Desserts. Employment as a Sous-Chef on Superyachts, including M/Y Kismet, has been undertaken, and valuable knowledge about the passion for food has been acquired and shared. The incredible support received over the years has been deeply appreciated by Marceau.
